Shipping & Returns


We ship all orders using the US Postal Service. Orders are processed between 1-3 business days after your payment is authorized and verified.The day of the order does not count towards delivery time frame. After an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you the tracking number and estimated delivery date for your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update. 

You will receive your order from 2-22 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it's placed.  Keeping in mind that this is just an estimate and it does not include Sundays and holidays. Lúa Puerto Rico is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, undeliverable packages due to address provided by the customeror delayed by the postal service. By purchasing on you agree to these terms - customers are responsible for any lost, stolen, undeliverable or damaged packages. 

By purchasing any items on Lúa Puerto Rico, one agrees to provide the adequate postal address so the package can be rightfully delivered. If by any chance, the Postal Service returns the package to our facilities - a process that may take between 7 - 48 days to be fulfilled by the Postal Service, as we do not have any type of control over this time frame, the client must pay again the shipping charge to receive their purchased goods. 


Delivery Time Frames:


Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 2-5 days. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations.

Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2-3 days. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations. 


First Class Mail: 7-22 days. However, please note that certain international orders may take up to 30 business days to be delivered. Pricing will adjust depending on items in cart.

*Delivery time frame starts after the package ships.

*Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items for store credit only. Store credit requests have to be made within 5 days of delivery of purchased items. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Send a store credit request to including your order number. Items must be received within 7 days of store credit request. 

Lúa Puerto Rico  accepts items in their original condition, meaning: unworn, unaltered, undamaged and in it’s original package.  Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your store credit to be processed. We will notify you via email once your credit has been processed. Items will not be accepted for store credit after 7 days of delivery. 

Sale and Final Sale Items

All purchases made with a discount coupon code and sale items are final sale. These are not eligible for exchange or return.
